Hello from us

We can't wait
to celebrate with you

After months of anticipation, the day is finally here, and we’re so grateful to be sharing it with the people we love most.

Thank you for travelling both near and far to celebrate this special occasion with us.

When we first met on Bonfire Night in November 2023, we both felt that spark of something special. From that moment on, every conversation felt easy, every plan felt exciting and it didn’t take long before we realised we’d found our person.

Moving in together in June 2025 was a real milestone, especially once we finally had enough cabinets to display our Lego collection properly.

From our first trip away to Paris to visit Disneyland, feeding the deer in Nara, climbing the Great Wall of China, sipping Albariño in Galicia and wandering the Berlin Christmas markets. We’ve been lucky to explore the world together. We can’t wait for all the adventures still to come.

Our engagement will forever be one of our favourite memories. Straight after Sophie completed a 7km Head of the River rowing race, Chris popped the question on the riverside while she was still in her racing kit, presenting a gorgeous, beautiful engagement ring. After realising that Chris was indeed serious about it, Sophie said yes, and the moment felt like the perfect beginning to the next chapter of our story.

We look forward to celebrating together and making memories we will cherish forever!

With all our love, Sophie & Chris

Colours

Fly your finest colours. Dress code formal. We recommend that you pack comfortable shoes for the ceilidh.

Little Crew Members

Whilst we love your little shipmates, we kindly ask that this be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of babies in arms and children specifically named on your invitation.

If you’ll be bringing a baby in arms aboard, we’d be grateful if you could let us know.

Safe harbour

Canterbury is a short way from the barn, with plenty of places to drop anchor for the night, from country inns to city hotels.

Your company is the treasure we value most. But if you’d like to add to our next adventure, you’ll find a chest waiting on the day.

Ahoy! Any songs you'd love us to play at the wedding? Add them to the shanty list.
